Creepy England/America

I'd like to see the British Empire teaching his dear beloved colony (be this before the rebellion, or in some mysterious. Teaching as in 'this is how Empires work, and as (one of) my representatives, this will be how you work'. Something like England teaching America how to whip/hurt/torture certain nations who carry too much gold and believe too highly in their own invincibility, or instructing him in how to take his pleasure from someone (while watching, at first, and after it being done reminding that 'someone' that his dear Alfred is never going to touch them again and they were just a body for this).
I'd like to see England being extremely turned on by this act of teaching (or molding, if you prefer) his protege, and for once, America actually being aware of this- and playing up his role as student/'innocent'. It being totally creepy (but hot) is what I'm after. Bonus for America in the redcoat.
(If you would prefer to set this up as roleplay/scene, that's fine, too- AU, far past, scene, whatever gets you going.)

Anon would like to see a more literal fill, in addition to this, but hopes this is acceptable to the OP for the time being.
Now listen, young master Jones, and pay attention! Sit up straight! Be quiet! This is very important.
