Arthur skimmed the rows of books, searching for a book worth reading. So far he had been very displeased with the selection of stories from American authors. Then again, he was a bit of a snob regarding the matter, and regarded his own authors as literary gods.
He hesitated upon eyeing a book entitled Who is America? He pulled the book from the shelf and scanned the back. It was by some professor, a book discussing the different faces of the inhabitants of the county: another attempt at being introspective while trying to sell thousands of copies. Arthur snorted and slid the book back into the vacant space.
America the word lingered in his mind. The country had always been considered an abnormality in regards to the other “nations”. The only nation to not have a personified representative; well, the only nation to not have a confirmed representative

“Eh, yes. I’m visiting on a holiday. Thanks for the help.” He held his hand out for formality’s sake. Arthur had to keep his brain on alert; it was taboo for the “nations” to disclose their true identity to citizen, regardless of what country. (With the exception of their bosses) Usually the “nations” could travel freely around the world without notice; their only fear was the handful of clever humans who could discern their real identities. Not op but this is really coming along nice! It looks good to me! Hopefully you'll have time to include more nations meeting alfred, assuming Alfred wants reveal to others as he did with England. Please continue!!!

Haha, not to mention the different dynamic between England and America was certainly intriguing~
