After the events of the hacker-strips America and Estonia become internet buddies. Eventually this moves on beyond email/chat and into video-conferences to regular phone calls to hanging out together at the large world meetings (to the shock and confusion of everyone) both would like this friendship to evolve into something more but are both afraid to make the first move thinking the other couldn't possibly see them in that way. Eventually Estonia invites America over to his house to look at some computer things and...stuff happens.
