hi! am neither of the anons from above, but this idea got its claws into me made me start writing and this is what happened. i hope you like it, OP!England knows magic. He's well acquainted with the mystical, supernatural and downright strange, which is why he doesn't even blink when a fiercely attractive woman suddenly appears in the chair opposite him. He doesn't raise his eyes but takes in the dress, the feathers and the beads, and decides to ignore her until she goes away
( ... )
Oh, poor Arthur! You know I didn't realize it until I read this, but really with their enhanced hearing and sense of smell, going to the vet's office must be horrible for a lot of animals. I feel really bad for Arthur, but at the same time, I know it's for the better. Also the way you portray animals is spot on in my opinion.
I love the interactions between England and Native America. I think America had one of those "I swear I just saw something out of the corner of my eye" moments though, haha.
The nightmare scene was really precious and made me feel really bad for Alfred. I mean when you say it out loud, it doesn't seem very scary, but I've had nightmares that don't seem very scary when I wake up but are absolutely terrifying while I'm alseep.
I laughed really hard when America said he liked boys better and England choked, along with when she said Arthur needed to be neutered and he freaked out. I wonder what compeled America to want to keep "Olivia" too.

Also?
"Nah, it's cool. I prefer boys, anyway."
They both look at the kitten as it makes a choking sound.
That is fantastic.
