A/B and C/B

Nations A and B were in a relationship that eventually turned sour. Nation A decides to cut it off, leaving Nation B heart broken.

Cue in Nation C a little while later, interested in B until eventually the feelings are mutual.

Nation A doesn't like the idea of them together at all and realizes what he/she lost. Maybe even tries to win B back or sabotage C/B? It's all up to you.

Bonus if there is a club and some dancing involved

I know this might sound picky but...I'd really like if A/B and C/B weren't any combination of Russia, America, Canada, England, and France. You can still use them, just don't pair them off with eachother please.

I shouldn't be trying this, among exams and other such projects, but I got plot whacked.
Hopefully this is what OP wanted, and you will enjoy!
P.S.: I'm sorry, I don't think I could put a club or dancing in here. Maybe later, but no guarantees...

”Lithuania. It’s over, da? I think we both know this is going nowhere. We never do anything, even kiss, and you are more bothered about your paperwork than me. I’ve had it. It’s not worth the trouble I’m getting Belarus. Hell, she’s more interesting than you!”
Lithuania could only look stunned, full force of the words not really hitting him.
“And if you have no purpose in my house, get out. Now!”
He doesn’t remember getting up, or walking out, nor Russia slamming the door behind him.
All he knows is those words, those words he knows will break him.

He breaks down a few miles down the road in a pile of snow.Three years. It feels like an eternity, those three years, spent in a permanent state of self deprecation and depression, with not even alcohol numbing those wounds; so deep and so ( ... )

But this is strange and new; as the person approached with what was undoubtedly an offer for dinner, he was about to turn it down when he realised that the tone of voice is different, and shy. He looks up into green eyes and truly listens, as he asks to talk to the Lithuanian in private. He nods, dumbfounded that such a person should ask, and continues tidying his papers, waiting for the room to clear.
A small, hopeful part of his brain notes that the request seemed entirely selfless.

Russia lingers at the door for a moment, interested to see this development, but a glare from the blond and Belarus tugging on his arm shifts him, closing the solid wooden door behind him.
They finally speak up.
“Lithuania? I… I’ve noticed that you are more quiet than usual, and have been for quite some time…” If three years counts, yes, for quite some time, he thinks.

“Are… Are you alright?”

His head whips up to meet England’s eyes.
Simply because no one has asked him that for decades.
Then it comes from the least likely person.

Lithuania feels his throat clog and his chest constrict, so his breath is merely small gasps. It has been so long… Nobody has asked him that for three long years. Not when he didn’t come to meetings for several weeks. Not even when he ran away after Russia announced that he was with Belarus, although that Not-American had glanced up from some commentary he was giving. He didn’t expect anyone to ask about his break up with Russia since no one knew - but maybe no one cared about him. But he’s prepared himself for everything to be normal, but this - the mere question throws him out of alignment ( ... )

The footsteps are close now, and finally, England turns the corner. He leans over, hands on his knees and breathing hard for a moment. Lithuania notices that he is also soaked, having tried to find him despite the rain.

"Found you! Thank god, it took me forever - n-not that I'm worried, it's just that this is a rough area and... Are you alright? Cold? My house isn't too far... You should stay there tonight." England extends a hand towards Lithuania, and after a moment of hesitation, he takes it. That hands feels so firm and strong, yet gentle. To the Lithuanian, it feels like a lifeline.

To both nations surprise, neither lets go, England leading the way through empty streets.
Lithuania feels better for the first time in three years.

Sorry for this being so late! I was really busy and couldn't write, so... I hope you enjoy this anyway! ^ ^

At first I was shocked at the fact that the C character was England, I mean in the good way (if it exist). I was expecting someone more typical like Poland or America. But Arthur...

Lithuania finds himself comfortable for the first time in ages, and reluctantly opens his eyes to a soft white ceiling, noting how it is lit by the post-dawn light. Uncurling himself from a ball of duvet, he suddenly realises that this is not his ceiling, and looks down ( ... )
