Okay anon, so I know your thinking ah, this has been done before!!!
Not quite! What I want specifically is America overhearing Russia speaking Russian and ALL of a sudden notices how hot it is and gets uh flustered, shall we say?
And Russia sees America's reaction to his language and uses this knowledge to his advantage. ;)
BONUS: He does this during a meeting to gain control of a debate/office sex in exchange for a treaty/vote/sanction ect.
