Russia/America So You Think You Understand Me...

After seeing this, an interesting twist to a certain AU scenario popped into my mind.
After losing to Russia in WWIII, America reluctantly agrees to become Russia's prisoner in exchange for the safety of his allies. America is confident that dealing with Russia during the Cold War has given him plenty of insight into Russia's true nature and that he can handle the situation. Ivan: dangerous, jaded, and twisted long before communism came onto the scene, sets out to show Albert just how little he knows.
Bonus points for emphasis on Russia's old history before the onset of communism, and how lucky and protected America has been in comparison.
Extra Bonus Points for some good mindfuck, with a dangerous and complex Ivan, and an Albert who is slowly having his safe black and white views ripped away from him; unbalanced, confused and facing the dangers of succumbing to Stockholm Syndrome.
