During a break between an otherwise routine meeting with Russia, Alfred slips away and starts snooping around in Ivan's house. One of the older and more remote rooms reveals some very personal things, and gives insight into a part of his personality that the Russian tries to keep hidden from the rest of the world.
Bonus Points: Ivan catches him snooping around in there.
Extra Bonus Points: Alfred confronts Ivan about what he's seen with his usual lack of tact.

Behind the curtain there was a big sunflower made in blood. That was not red paint and America saw too many times blood to know how blood looks in the cement. It looks infiltrated, coagulated and as soft as a painting that is almost poetic on his deathly mark

This reminds me very much of the movie Beauty and the Beast. The ruined wing of the emptied old palace, the ripped but still beautiful paintings..And Russia, of course.:) You painted a nice picture!
I wonder about "Are you this weak"..That sounds like America is taunting Russia, but that doesn't seem to be what America means.

Thank you :)
ah yes and no. He is trying to receive an answer in the only way he knows, the blunt taunting American way. He has good intentions but that sentence is really to hit Russia as a slap and he does it...
