After reading wikipedia I'm starting to warm up to the idea of Prussia being Kaliningrad Oblast today. Which would mean Prussia would be the last country remaining living with Russia current date, wouldn't it? I would like to see how once empire Prussia deals with being Russia's minion.

When he stopped being Prussia Kaliningrad had found himself almost wishing he didn't have to share Stalin with Russia. Stalin might not be Frederich II but he have such dreams, such potential, if he could just restrain himself a bit...
"I hate gulags and prison camps and all that shit. It's messy, it's unpleasant and we should be out conquering instead of dealing with that," he says when Stalin is far away.
"Sometimes I have to be a stern parent," Russia says, almost wistfully. "My children have a long history of not behaving nicely..."
Kaliningrad shudders. Yeah, war is one thing, but you are not supposed to kill your own citizens.
Despite everything Kaliningrad finds himself almost grieving when Stalin passes on only a few years later. The three of them could have done so much more together.
One almost feels sorry for Russia's bosses. Russia demanding the reclaiming of the Baltic states and more in one ear, Kaliningrad begging for war with anyone in the other. Kaliningrad wanting nuclear weapons (and of course use them, what

He's not sure just when he realizes that his 'little brother' (the little sniveling fool) actually despises him much more then he could ever hate him back.
I hate you The wind from the west sings -
I see you not, I acknowledge you not, I deny you and I curse your nonexistent name -
Well, then, it was a good thing that he wasn't Prussia anymore, wasn't it now.
The problem, though, is that -
"Kaliningrad." Russia mutters, walking around him, vodka bottle in hand,
"I do not understand what is wrong. Even after I - we - had the Wall built - there is still no East Germany."
Kaliningrad shrugs, then. He doesn't get it, either.
"Let's see now, I didn't get twinned, neither did that snivelling fool who'd bowed down before the fucking Allies - with no disrespect to you, Russia - none of the Providences stepped up face the music either, and nobody new was born. - Are you sure you just aren't missing something?"
Russia shrugs helplessly. If anybody is missing anything, nobody can figure out what.

Kaliningrad is furious when he hears he is not to join the world meeting. Even useless trembling Latvia is allowed to go.
"Why can't I come?" Kaliningrad complains. It's not whining when he does it of course.
"You are not even a country," Lithuania says with more acid than expected. "Of course you're not welcome."
"You are just jealous because my oblast is more militarized than your stupid country ( ... )

There is a tearing rip, inside him, tearing him apart from the inside -
And then he wakes up in Russia's kitchen, with a drunken Russia leaning over him.
" - You are still here? Why?"
Kaliningrad stares. Where was he supposed to go?
"I was a part of the Soviet Union, the last time I checked. - Unless you sold me off or leased me off while I was out like a light, that is..."
"The Soviet Union...Is no more. Or will be no more, very soon now." Russia sighs, taking another swig out of his bottle.
Kaliningrad stares. What?
"...But what are you doing in my kitchen? Even my sisters are gone..."
The Soviet Union was gone? Or almost gone? What the hell ( ... )
