England burst through the doors, almost crushing poor Sealand who was unfortunate enough to be trying to sneak into the meeting at that moment. America continued in hot pursuit with the rest of the world not following far behind as England ran down the meeting room’s seemingly endless hallway, hoping to find some safe haven. Unfortunately, America was significantly faster than him.

The Brit struggled against the American’s strong grip as America gave him a peck on the cheek. At that, England turned a brilliant shade of red and elbowed America in the gut and ran like hell, knocking over the Baltics as he went.

England could not believe that America was still chasing him… wait what the hell?! There was no way. Was that really…?
“You don't really want to stay, no.”
It was. Oh my fucking god America was chasing him on a fucking segway.

Oh look, Author!anon is back and she carries part 3 *and* an epilogue. Sorry for the wait, exam week was much more insane than expected. @_@ Thanks for the comments and yes, all resemblances to that Colonel Mustang quote were intentional. Now to Episode 3, The Segways Strike Back!
England had absolutely no idea how the hallway had been transformed into a hospital bay during the short time he was in the rave. He was not happy to see France lying on one of the beds, but the wine bastard seemed to be unconscious. This pleased the Englishman quite a bit, causing him to let his guard down as he wandered into the room.
There was a stretcher in between the two rows of hospital beds, just sitting in the middle of the room, with a cloth covering the body on it. Normally Arthur would have seen what was coming a mile away, but at the moment he was far too smug to realize his mistake as he reached for the sheet…

England slammed the door shut behind him and leaned against it, breathing heavily. He let out a sigh of relief as he heard Romano’s footsteps and America’s segway paseds by. They were gone. It was over… But wait. Why was the music still playing? England turned around with the intention of trying to further investigate this mystery. Instead, he nearly died of shock, among other things.
Somehow or another, everyone had managed to get into the room and there was now a giant rave going on. The after a brief struggle the other nations had managed to pick him up. They began to pass him along up to the stage. He fought them at first but then he saw America.
“We used to be, Just like twins, So in sync.”After the segway, he had thought that there was nothing else the American could possibly do to surprise him. He was wrong

France would be getting out of the hospital in three days, if he was lucky. Antonio sensed “pirate mode” coming on so he backed off, and Prussia decided it would be a better idea to take advantage of the fact there were males all around him cross dressing. Arthur stalked towards the door unmolested by the remaining members of the bad Touch Trio, America’s voice echoing behind him

All three America’s began to advance towards England with their respective entourages behind them. They formed something of a circle around England, with the three America’s being the closest to him and the rest of the nation surrounding them and oh please somebody tell him he did not just see Sealand in a mini-skirt.
“You! But you don't really want to go-oh.”
”You're hot then you're cold. You're yes then you're no. You're in and you're out. You're up and you're down.”All the blood rushing to England’s face immediately changed directions and went straight down. Mini-skirt!America was back, and he seemed to have recruit a few more back up dancers as well as found a few more poles. France seemed to have made a miraculous recovery (dammit) and Prussia and Spain had recruited Hungary and North Italy. Meanwhile, South Italy was in mafia mode due to the fact that his sort-of-lover and younger brother were pole dancing in scandalously revealing outfits. This would not end well

As if the situation weren’t already odd enough, a hole appeared in the ceiling and a platform began descending to the ground. The Americas seemed to take this as some sort of cue and began to have an epic dance off around him. Five snowmobiles zoomed past him and began to circle around the room, the first mounted by an America clad in winter attire. The other five Nordics followed on the other four (Sweden and Finland shared a snowmobile.) England was so distracted by the snowmobiles and the dance off that he didn’t notice what was on the platform until after it hit the ground.
“You're hot then you're cold,” sang America from directly behind England, nearly giving the Brit a heart attack. America. It was his bomber jacketed, blue-jeaned, t-shirted, All-American boy America. He had never been so happy to see the wanker in his life. Those blue eyes, that smile, the infectious laugh… Oh fuck he loved him. This was surprisingly very okay.
