He bounced off of the recliner and strode through the halls, making his way into the room where America had meetings. It was a far, closed off room that only a few people knew of for fundamental reasons, slipping an elated smile over Brown’s face that he was elected all over again.
Not knowing of the room or Alfred would have been just heart wrenching.
“Alfred!” Brown called, internally ecstatic over using that name. Alfred apparently felt being addressed as America was embarrassing and overly formal. Alfred, huh? It’s a good name, no, an excellent name! Perfect for America! Brown thought as he turned the knob, his heart racing like an excited child, and entered the room.
Not that Brown knew who gave America his name.Or why Churchill and United States coined the phrase “special relationship

How on earth did I forget this part D: I played around with the request a little (hope you don’t mind them actually splitting) and next part is going to be in the nation’s povs. :D I just had to fill this story since I made a similar request and needed one of the two to get filled. Brown doesn't, but Tony loves England --- “Um, sorry about that William. I, uh… I kinda forgot about the meeting.” Alfred stuttered, obviously feeling awkward.
“Was that England?” Brown didn’t seem too focused on the meeting himself.
“Yeah!” America perked up at the mere mention of England. Sickening.
“Why?” His voice quivered and he didn’t want to know the answer.
“We’re going out!” America replied with confidence, his smile brimming with pride at his words.
Brown nearly dropped to his knees, still in a spiraling denial. The world grew distorted and dizzying. “What… what are you talking about, ‘going out?’”
“Well, it kind of means we’re in a ‘Special Relationship.’” America chuckled softly, apparently amused at his own wit.

Oooh, this looks like it'll be good. I already hate Brown for trying to break America and England up. That guy... I really hope he gets his comeuppance.

Uhh.... I totally rushed this part, apologies. I just really needed to leave a comment without actually spending more comment space on my idiotic-ness. ._. Ignore my previous comments up there, I didn't know what I was talking about, cuz I was freaking out since I posted it in a wrong section before. Please.
But on a lighter note, so Brown dying is a plus? --- England breathed, he always was coming back. Always standing at this doorway for more than hours at a time, contemplating whether or not to just ring the damn doorbell and get it over with or to just leave and never come back.
His heart heaved in his chest for two reasons, both which he didn’t care to think enough about to name. It’s not as if he wouldn’t eventually place his hand on the chime then hear that familiar ring resound inside his ears, as he did every single time he came. He knew it so why didn’t he just ring it now to rid himself the deed?
But something about coming here, no, - his reason for coming here - ate him up inside. At times when he noticed, America would

Since this might be confusing, I'm gonna try to fix things since I really rushed on this in the next chapter. But before I do you should know this is a flashback. --- God knows how much people wanted - still want America. He wanted him as his alone, and not as a sibling or friend, but as a lover.
Some days were harder than others, at times he’d come dangerously close to confessing and finally relieving himself of words he so long held in, but could never do it, frantically denying the truth at the last minute so much that America actually believes it. And then it hurts all over again.
The pain he felt when America left him back then was so surreal now, now that he had him back. He didn’t want to lose him again. Quite honestly, he had almost always been expecting America to eventually break away in the first place because that was who America was - Broad, beautiful, and free. And he wouldn’t change that for the world. He loved him because he was who he was, and that just meant tearing away from his grasp

"I love you too!" America laughed sweetly obviously unaware of the tense atmosphere, leaving England speechless.
Should his reaction be considered a good or bad thing?
How ironic it was, that when America broke free from him he was tearing away their family bond, and that just about ripped him to shreds. Now, America treats him as nothing but a very sibling and it continually just shatters his heart to pieces, he thought to himself.
He got up to leave, unsure if he stayed any longer if he would be able to keep himself from either crying or strangling Alfred.
Tug. "Wait, where are you going?." Alfred said, worry dripping off each word. "I thought you just told me you loved me." I thought I did too
"Forget it." England muttered, his heart weighted.
"I thought you just said you loved me! Why are you leaving me alone again then?" America cried.
In a blur, he noticed himself getting pulled up to America's height and crushed by his arms. Yet it oddly felt so... nice, being closer to him than he ever had been

Damn I'm already pissed at Brown!!! ^^ I really like this so far. I truly hope that America and England can still be tacitly "together" even when they are politically dissolved... and yes, Brown can die. A horrible, painful death

YES KILL BROWN IN A FIRE
God, I loved the flashback. It gave this anon a huge thrill of reading the confession. The way you described Arthur's feelings was excellent. I'm eagerly awaiting more of this!!

Seconding anon above here, don't kill Brown!! He's a little overboard on the limey hate yeah, but his Alfred fanboying is so cute and... people can change? Him dying would in this anon's humble opinion make a drama failure, since it'd be an easy way out of the whole mess unless his death gives Alfred do-not-speak-ill-of-the-dead syndrome and he starts agreeing ok I'll shut up now
