In a moment of irritation about something or the other England snarks at America that he really needs to learn more about reading the atmosphere. So America, cheeky brat that he is, heads off and produces a really long report/presentation on the actual atmosphere surrounding the planet. Which he then smugly gives to England after he's finished. England's reaction is up to the writer but I'd love it to end smuttily.

Fic, Art, or Comic anything goes.
