...Yes, the title probably does mean what you think it does. It's the title of a manga that has the basic premise of "Guy accidentally gets a powerful demon from Hell sealed away in his balls and he has to restrain himself from ejaculating for one month or else the world will end." And for some reason, I think that a gayified Hetalia cast version with America as Kohta (aka the hapless guy), England as Elyse (aka the tsundere demon who's supposed to help the world end but switches sides later on because he's fallen in love with America of personal reasons, okay?!), France as Irene (aka the incubus - seriously, this role is perfect for him), Russia as Emmaniel (aka the King of Terror trapped inside America's right nut), and Japan as Minayo (aka the sweet and demure love interest who becomes a raging nymphomaniac when drunk) would be hilarious.

...Don't look at me like that. Besides, if a prompt about a talking penises manga could be posted and actually filled, why not a prompt like this one? (And it really is a hilarious manga, btw
