Anon's really up for some creepy/sorta-angsty darkfic, and she's in a very Russia/America mood, so...

Russia wants America, but also knows that, as America currently is (self-righteous, justice-obsessed, etc) he could never accept him. So he strives to manipulate America into becoming as dark, twisted and cruel as he is.
