How about a role reversal? Since it always seems to be America who can't understand other languages, I'd love it if he was in a fight with his significant other (Russia, preferably! Please!) and starts to cuss the other out in perfect Spanish. (Because in my head-canon, he's fluent. Think of all those immigrants!) The other nation is stunned, and maybe more than a little aroused?
