Latvia develops a crush on Sweden

Latvia begins to develop an attraction to Sweden because he's the total opposite of Russia (Sweden looks scary but is really sweet, while Russia looks sweet, but is unstable and abusive). He thinks he's being really subtle about it. He's actually so obvious even Spain notices.

Bonus: Latvia becomes jealous when Finland is around Sweden. Finland knows why. Sweden doesn't have a clue what's going on.

Bonus 2: Sweden thinks Latvia is hanging around him so much because he(Latvia) wants to be adopted like Sealand was.

Oh Man I only rarely read Latvia fics but...this prompt...this has the potential to be amazing!

I love the image of completely oblivious Sweden while everyone else around knows.

Well, hm. Normally I like SuFin, but Latvia has has a hard time of it in the Hetalia-verse, so...either. It depends on the author and the type of story.
