Because I love Katy Perry's 'Waking Up in Vegas' way too much.

This anon wants England to wake up groggy (and in questionable clothes/etc.) in, you guessed it, a Las Vegas hotel room. With America laying next to him all peppy like 'WOW THAT WAS AWESOME'
