It was a normal enough day for America, as she marched into the conference room chomping on a hamburger. I agree with anon above, in England's case its not good ol' male America he's talking to and it was ungentleman-like obviously.

Since the whole thing happened at a meeting, you could've gotten other nations' reaction to America punching England, but I believe its fine as it is.

America stood on the scale, completely naked and staring at the red numbers in shock. Was she really...?

No, it was just muscle, that was it. Muscle was heavier than fat, and since she'd been exercising so much lately, it must be that. Though, she thought, as she poked at her stomach, isn't muscle also firmer?

A frown spread on her face. She was getting fatter. There was no way around it, and this made her shoulders sink.

What on earth could she do about it? Maybe it was all the food- okay then, no problem, she'd just cut back, cut back a lot. And maybe she wasn't exercising enough- that was fine, she'd start doing it a lot more.

Everything would be okay, she reassured herself, as she slipped back on her clothes. By the next meeting, everyone would be surprised, because she would be thin again....
