I want Arthur to go to Rome and pluck coins from the "fountain of love" :D or it can be the Trevi Fountain 8DD

Alfred, Francis, (and maybe Matthew) and a few non-nation-tans fall in love with Arthur.

Bonus 1: If Arthur's being grumpy about his lack of a love life and sees Antonio and Lovino being all lovey-dovey and practically destroys their night by splashing water on them.

Bonus 2: Human names are used

Hm, I'm quite interested in this prompt, but I'm so busy nowadays... Ugh! (x_x)

There are a few precisions I'd like to have before I consider writing filling this:
1) Do the other pretenders HAVE to be non-nation-tans? The crack pairings could be funny, after all. XD
2) How close should the fic be to the plot of the movie? Only the "magic coins make people fall in love," or the whole plot?
