Please don't put a weak China falling all over Ivan's arms, I'd like to see China asking why did Russia participated in the Boxer Rebellion

Wasn't it eight nations that put down the Boxer rebellion? According to wiki: Austria-Hungary, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Russia, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Please don't put a weak China falling all over Ivan's arms, I'd like to see China asking why did Russia participated in the Boxer Rebellion, and China refusing Ivan's treatment despite her serious condition
