Request - People affect the country

The will of the people affect the country. History lesson or not is fine. It doesn't matter if anons want to focus on a certain pairing, suggest pairings, or do none and make it plain crack.

(A fake history lesson is fine, but just mention that or else I'll go around telling people whatever it was is true.)

I would like it the battle to be kind of differing from the norm that the Hetalia characters have with each other though.

EX. Let's say Italy and Germany have a history of a short battle due to some conflicting opinions and during this time the people from the two countries hated each other. (Which I actually do not know.) And we all know that Germany and Italy love each other as lovers friends. This makes Italy utterly despise Germany and vice versa, because people within their country hate each other.

EX 2: (Again, I suck at History so don't think any of it's real or unreal)
