Back to the USSR?

Today, my friend was watching the weather, and the weather report was showing Moscow as one of the coldest place or something, idk. And, written at the bottom of the screen it said "Moscow - USSR" SHe freaked out and called me. I thought it was hilarious.

ANYWAY, TO MY POINT.

America sees this, freaks out, or something like "ohnnoes...omfg NO WHY WAS I NOT INFORMED OF THIS D8". So he's all pissed off and runs to a confused Russia and demands to know why the hell he's going back to communism.

Meanwhile, it was just a mistake on the weather station's part.
