Estonia is the only straight guy in Hetalia; every other male nation is gay or bi but in a relationship with a guy.

This comes out in a world meeting.
Will the female nations now become interested in him? Fight over his attention?

I agree with you that this meme lacks Estonia.
However I don't know if he's the only straight guy in Hetalia.
You see... many character's sexuality wasn't officially set.
As far we know France is bisexual, Himuraya confirmed that Sweden is homosexual and Austria was married with Hungary.
Ah, in one of the comics America commented he had a date with Jenny. So we don't know if he's Het or Bi.
