Alfred accidently drinks one of Arthur's magical potions. The potion turns out to be a very strong mix of a love/aphrodisiac spell. So Alfred thinks he's "in love" with Arthur. Arthur thinks its a good thing but unforunately the potion has three warnings that he has every reason to be afraid of Alfred.
One: The user becomes sexually possessive of the object of desire Two: The user's strength becomes magically enhanced (In Alfred's case, he becomes super SUPER STRONG!) Three: The object of desire can possibly suffer a cruel, painful death--"Sexed to Death"--The ultimate pleasurable way to die.
What does Arthur do? He freaks out and runs away from Alfred, enlisting help from other nations to protect him. Alfred goes on a jealous rampage until he reclaims Arthur back whether he wants to or not.
~Bonus: its the other way around. Arthur accidently drinks his love potion.

France ducked through the door into his living room and pounded up the stairs. America sighed, pushed himself up from the table, and got ready. As England ran into the kitchen, America grabbed him and scooped him up in his arms. He struggled, but he forgot that he may have been made strong by the potion, but America was still the stronger of the two.
“See ya, France!” he called, and then carried a kicking and yelling England out the door. He thankfully started to calm down as they got farther and farther away from France’s house and curled his arms around America’s neck. Now that he had saved France, though, America was starting to get anxious. What if England tried to seduce him again?
He wouldn’t have sex with him. He’d already decided that. And it didn’t have anything to do with the fact that he might die. England was under the influence of some potion that made him incredibly horny and crazy. It wouldn’t be right, even if he did want it. Plus, he would rather if England were himself when they finally, y’know…did it. Because as

He didn’t get very far as England tackled him, flipping him over on his back and straddling him. His hands tried to grab England push him off, but they were soon pinned to the ground. Damn that potion for making England as strong as him. But that didn’t mean he was getting a thrill from this. In truth, he was, but he was so easy to turn on around England anyway
