Hopeless romantic anon would like to see a fic where Nation A and Nation B die (perhaps with other nations, as well), but before they do, one of them promises the other that if they're ever reborn, they'll find them and fall in love with them again.
Bonus if it happens over several lifetimes.
OP is partial to US/UK and Ger/Ita, but isn't picky.

I hope OP and other anons will enjoy this. Authornon apologizes beforehand for any kind of mistakes or ridiculously late updates, since authornon’s schedule is ridiculously busy around the February-March months. This is also the Authornon who posted the last mention of interest in filling this, just in case you hadn't known that already. The world hadn’t expected this to happen. They hadn’t know at the time, oh no, they hadn’t

There is a slight pause before England replies, “So…if there’s such a thing as reincarnation, we’ll always find each other and fall in love?”
“Yep.”
Again, England pauses slightly. “…Do you promise?”
America laughs quietly. “I promise, England…Arthur Kirkland. I promise, no matter what happens to us, I will always love you. Even if I just meet you, I’ll love you. You’ll never be lonely, unloved or unwanted…no matter what. I promise.”
And England wants to cry, because it means so much to hear that, but he can’t, he just can’t, so he settles for shifting onto his back and saying, in a quiet voice, “I think you’re going to have to prove it to me, America…Alfred F. Jones. Prove to me that you mean every word you just said, because…” He doesn’t finish his sentence. He doesn’t have to. America will finish it for him, for it means he’s accepted the challenge presented to him, even if England has utmost faith in the promise he was just given

I'm close to tears Authoranon. That part about alfred saying that he'll love him no matter what and the paragraph i was reading it from got me in tears.
Almost lost it in the end. Is it silly that i felt that way?
Please! Please continue soon, i like to read more of it.

Authornon is so sorry for the uber-late update, OP and other anons! I'm glad you anons all like it so far, though! (Authornon is also excited to see the other promised fill for SpainxFrance. <3)
Yao wipes his brow with the back of his hand, heaving a heavy sigh. His eyes are focused anywhere else than Arthur’s bed. “How? They seemed fine, and…now look at everyone else!” Wiping his brow again, China murmurs under his breath, “Aiyah, why the both of them

I was pleasantly surprised to find that you had updated this! Loved this part, as well.
Poor China, having to live through that over and over again. I like that he was trying to stop it from occurring, and that he went to such great lengths to keep Russia alive. (Thanks for not making Russia evil, by the way)
I'm looking forward to Arthur and Alfred fulfilling their promise! I shall patiently wait for your next update! :>
Blue eyes, staring down at his motionless body. A mouth on his forehead, lips against his ear. Hot breath and moist words. “I love you.”
There, a man feigning sleep in hopes of morning affection gets what he wants. He fakes a yawn and opens his eyes to those above him, seeing blue, only blue, a continual blue, something beautiful and memorable.
And Arthur’s alarm wakes him up at precisely that moment. He shoots straight up, glowering at the bright-red numbers in the dawn-light, fingers numbly turning off the loud screech of the electronic device. Again, he realizes, he has had that dream. As he dresses himself, he thinks of how strange that dream always is, but how fond of it he is, speaking aloud to his own ears as he normally does. What he says is written on paper, in a poem, amongst many

I should not be so attached over fictional characters, but that just means you wrote it very well.
