Stuck In A Game

Yeah- we've seen almost every show parodying this idea, right?
Now, all I ask is that the Nations are all having a party/gathering/non-official meeting and were generally having fun. Then, Japan decides that he should bring out his new (and still in testing stages) video game! The game links the brain of the player directly to the game console.
Something happens and one of the Nations got stuck in the game. So everyone else decides to grab a linking helmet of some variety and get themselves into the game.
Adventures please?
Bonus 1: Korea is there Bonus 2: America trying to get England to come play with everyone Bonus 3: The Nation that got stuck originally is Japan and Poland. Bonus 4: Korea is the best gamer (except for Japan) so naturally he gets to lead the party. America is not amused.
