I want to see Russia confronting Germany during the battle of Stalingrad - Russia is pissed. Because not only is he being invaded again, but it's by someone who he had made an alliance with. I want to see violence, anons, and Russia playing headgames like we all know he does. For once I'd like to see no sex, but if the anons write it, well, I can't say no to awesome hatesex.

There's an incredibly awesome fill about this, only with Prussia. The title is very straightforward, "Russia and Prussia and the Eastern Front", or something like that. AWESOME stuff
It's actually titled 'All turned to dust', the 'Russia and Prussia and the Eastern Front' is only for the fill list. (Also we've moved on, last time we were in Berlin, next time probably in Warsaw).
My headcanon wants Prussia on the Eastern Front, but this idea would make for an interesting read anyway, so thirded or fourthed or whatever.

Germany is here of one reason. Russia is, boosting morale on his own side and causing frightening damage. So now Germany has to go to this godforsaken place, named after Russia's boss and defended furiously on his orders. He can't understand why it has taken so long but now when he is here to balance out Russia's presence it should be over quickly, soon enough for everyone to get back to their families for Christmas

Russia isn't nearly as frightening as everyone said in the past when he can barley stand and lends against a wall to vomit blood. Germany feels a brief moment of satisfaction. Soon he can tell his older brother who told him this was a mad idea of how the invasion of Russia went almost flawlessly. Very soon

The shadow of winter worries Germany and he tries to ask his boss to speed things up.
The small voice deep inside that says perhaps you shouldn't do this at all tries to fight it's way to the surface again. Even if Russia is crazy and evil and no one likes him they are going too far. Germany forces his doubts down, his boss told him this was important, vital to their future. Everyone else do their part, he must do his.
Aren't you coming home soon? Italy writes. I have no one to play football with and I already bought you a Christmas present but then I ate it. Sorry. Things are scary here without you, please come home because I'm lonely. He has also thrown in exclamation signs everywhere and scribbles that include hearts but that's how Italy is. Germany misses him, it's like having a family that doesn't constantly yell at you to shape up. Of course he loves his brother, he only sometimes wishes his brother would show affection in other ways. On the other hand, Prussia's guys know what to do while Italy's are barley equipped. If

The supplies do not arrive as promised. The winter has come and it is the Russians who have the reinforcements. Everything is falling apart. Now it's Russia who watches Germany with an amused smile, not attacking even though he could. And Germany doesn't have ammunition to waste for someone who isn't going to stay dead

Wow, this was great. Russia was truly terrifying at the end, but I also liked the evening out of Germany's out terrible strength at first. The way Russia copes with everything, and how he never lets go of his hsitorical desperation. I wish you'd continued to the taking of Belrin by the Red Army, and German soldiers desperately and in tears surrendering to the westenr allies so long as they aren't handed over to RussiansXD
