England and America is in relationship, of course, it's until England is thinking that both of them are fighting too much, don't mistake him, he genuinely love America, but he also think he hurt America too much. So, he decided to break up with America.

Of course, instead of devastated, America decided to make sure he has England and nobody can touch nor see him. It's because he believe that England break up from him because of what other countries say...

Afterwards, he conquers and make sure to show England is his to him Read: rape. After that, what happens is up to anons~

Bonus: America eventually break England to make sure he didn't run away from him.

tl,dr: US and UK are in relationship until they broke up, US decide to make England his once and for all.
