The World Is Mine and You Still Belong to Me...

During the War of 1812 England (deep, deep into his World is Mine phase) spots and opportunity and grabs America and takes him back home with him to London in order to "reclaim" America as his property. England can be as nasty and vicious as you want him to be as he tries to teach and re-mold America. How far he goes is up to the writer...make it work with Real Life Canon events or make it AUish doesn't matter to me which road you take it on. (If you'd rather England take America north to Canada instead of all the way to London that's fine.)
Either Russia comes to his rescue (with the help of any other nations you want) or America gets himself out. No happy USUK ending please and I'd rather no romantic America/Canada. Russia/America or another timely America pairing or no-pairing at all is fine.
Bonus: America is grabbed and smuggled out of the country just prior to Washington being burned thus giving it a twisty reason for happening.

Oooooooo, this is so interesting anon! Seconded hoping America is able to free himself thus making the bonus happen! But any other variation is great too. This seems to have so much potential!
