Right, so a new twist on an old concept. MPreg, but with the Nation in question going to bed with a flat stomach and then the next morning waking up extremely pregnant - third trimester at least.
It can just be something that happens to Nations (heck even can be an asexual process rather than a sexual one), or something involving magic - whatever anon desires. But OP would like to see some honest panic/confusion/concern/attempts to cover it up even if it is a Nation thing.
OP will be shameless and say England as said nation with America/England as the pairing (or a complete reverse of the situation) but if anon strongly fancies something else, far be it for me to protest~

That morning was the same as any morning, America waking up and making breakfast, since Arthur’s cooking was horrible, and Arthur preparing for his work. After America was done cooking, he went upstairs to wake up his son. “Hong Kong,” he said in a loving voice as he shook the boy.
The boy shot up right away, which made America jump back. “Mommy! I had the weirdest dream!” Hong Kong shouted.
“Yes, Hong Kong, what is it?” America asked.
“There was a country who looked like a girl, but it was a guy! And he said, ‘aru’ after every sentence, like me! Who was it?” the little country asked with beady eyes.
America struggled with the answer and sighed. England came upstairs to see how they were doing since they were taking an awfully long time. “Why are you taking so long?”

Is this a new fill, or a sequel to the first fill posted for this request? Because if it's a sequel, you should really attach it to the fill it follows, not to the original request.
Uh... it's not a sequel, sorry for confusing you. This is a different story altogether, filling the person's request for a mommy!America... Because in the other one England is the mommy. XD

XD America doesn't get pregnant yet though~ Okay, Italics- England Bold-America Regular- Hong Kong ----------------------------------------- When mommy and I were married, daddy had to go far away to do some business… Which was to have an affair on mommy. What’s an ‘affair’? For mommy it’s when daddy already has a mommy, but goes to another mommy and makes mommy very sad. That make daddy very b- OUCH! Then, daddy flew away on a unicorn… Liar. “Ahaha! That’s a good one, England! Pregnant! Ha!” America snorted, clutching his stomach. England’s eyes narrowed as he gave him a sharp slap upside the head.
“You tosser! I’m not joking here! I’m pregnant!” England turned around fully on the bed, giving America a face to face view with his stomach. America instantly stopped laughing and stared at what was in front of him.
“Y-you’re serious?” America cautiously reached out to place his hand on England’s stomach. While it still felt weird as could be to England, he had to smirk smugly as he felt the child inside press up against America’s hand, causing the nation to screech and fall backwards off the bed in surprise. “You really are pregnant!”
“I’m glad we’re on the same page. Now, how the hell did this happen!?” England snapped. Why was he the pregnant one?! And why did he start off so far along!? The child was already developed quite a bit obviously but yet, what if it starting so far along could be harmful to it? While England sure as hell didn’t want to be thinking of this, he

Instead of flailing around this time, he laughed when the child within responded to him. England rolled his eyes but had to admit how nice it felt for their child eagerly responding to America. England woke up later at a more reasonable time as the sun from outside his window shined in on his face. He grumbled and went to roll over under the covers when he found a heavy weight on him. Oh hell, that wasn’t just a nightmare then? He groaned and managed to sit up when he noticed America at the end of the bed, grinning up at him.
“What are you looking at?” England barked, still very irritable.
“You~”
“Knock it off.” England got off the bed and looked for his clothes, even though he knew that they wouldn’t be fitting him any time soon.
“C’mon, we gotta go get stuff for our kid!” America smiled, following behind England like a hawk.
“I’m not leaving this house, America.” England grumbled, trying to bend over to grab his shirt. Oh great, this weight was going to make everyday tasks impossible, wasn’t it?
“Yes you are, mommy!” America grinned, holding out two items from behind his back. England looked over at him and stared blankly

England cursed to himself as he was led into town wearing a dress that barely fit over the swell of his pregnant stomach and a wig that hung to his waist with bangs that got in his eyes. America was practically skipping as he led England into a baby store, oblivious to the looks the ‘woman’ behind him was getting. England however heard the comments that some of the other shoppers were making and swore he was going to kill America before this trip was over

“There you are!” America exclaimed, re-appearing behind England. England’s eyes shot open and he let out a surprised yelp. He clutched his stomach and turned to America, glaring daggers at him.
“For the hundredth time don’t sneak up on me like that! It was bad enough when I wasn’t pregnant!” England hissed, trying to calm himself down. Where had he gone wrong raising this man? He sure didn’t teach him to sneak up on people and scare the daylights out of them
