Inspired by the doujinshi: Hatsukoi Crazy
And Noto-sama 6 video:
America saves Noto. Noto begins to have crush on America. Noto becomes America's pupil on how to be a hero just to be with him. Noto finds out he isn't the only one after America's heart and he becomes SUPER!jealous. England notices America hanging out with Noto and he too becomes SUPER!jealous. America is clueless to what's happening. And then England and Noto confront each other.
This can only mean one thing.
England vs. Noto= A Romantic Battle for America's Heart!
*Bonus* 1) Both of them pull dirty tricks on each other 2) There's cheezy, sappy romantic attempts 3) France clues America in to what's happening 4) Yamato and Denmark swtich places for random reasons (This is just to amuse me even more, maybe just to mess with Norway? XD)

Has the world gone crazy? Noto-sama was in a place he would never thought be, England. He had decided to go to America again to see his hero, but he had gone to London. How could he just leave his pupil behind? Noto-sama punched a wall to vent his anger. Who the heck would he want to see in ENGLAND? “Yamato, come on, let’s go find that bastard!” he ordered.
“Whatever you say,” Yamato responded.
Noto searched around London, until he found Alfred. He saw his golden hair at first, then his smiling and giddy face, then his lovely bomber jacket, and another head…another head!? It was a man with blonde, but darker than Alfred’s, and big eyebrows. WHO WAS THAT? Was that man more important to Alfred than his own pupil? Noto-sama raged with jealousy a second and then smiled another. “I think I’ve found our next victim,” he said to Yamato.
“Who?” Yamato asked as they got together to make their secret plan.

That night, Noto-sama went to Arthur’s house. He had asked Yamato to spy on where he lived. Now it was the time to take revenge. He opened the window to his bedroom, ready to strike, but found no one. He explored the house a little more and saw a light coming out from a room. He was in there. Noto-sama screamed, “YAMATO! POUNCE!”
He and Yamato jumped into the room to see their prey was already prepared. He was already naked (well, half if you include the apron over his privates and his collar, which made him look kind of like a host). Noto-sama couldn’t really strip the man anymore, especially because he was drunk. His face was burning red and he was smiling. He looked at Noto and laughed hysterically. Noto-sama backed off a little because of the weirdness. He charged toward Noto with a glass bottle, was the alcohol in there? Noto tried to dodge, but the man stopped midway and fell. He was asleep. Noto-sama sighed and searched for Yamato who didn’t seem to be around during that event. He saw Yamato looking at pictures on the

I could've sworn Yamato was going to say Norway but he quickly shifted to Noto instead.
I really find hilarious that Arthur doesn't really notice Noto is actually a boy. I thought his male voice would give it away. It makes me think maybe Noto's voice would be somewhat feminine then...

I son't know much about Noto...I thought he would have a feminine voice, since that worked in his school festival. XD These comments you give me make my day too. I get really happy when people reply to my fills, so thanks!

Today Noto-sama was eating dinner with Alfred. Yamato was nowhere to be seen, so that was good. Now he would have some “alone time” with Alfred. They decided to go to an Indian restaurant, which was a bad idea. But Noto didn’t know that at that time. Arthur, a bit sad, decided to treat himself for some curry, his somewhat favorite food and they’d just happen to bump into each other. “Hi Arthur!” Alfred greeted happily.
“H-hi,” Arthur responded looking away.
“Why don’t you join us?” Alfred asked.
Noto glared at Arthur, thinking, DON’T YOU DARE SAY “YES” OR YOUR LIFE WILL BE COMPLETED. Apparently, Arthur didn’t take the hint. Arthur just looked away from Noto and smiled at Alfred. “Okay,” he agreed.
“Are you sick or something?” asked Alfred, a bit disbelieving.
“No, of course not, you git. I was going to eat curry anyways,” Arthur stated.
Noto looked at the man in anger. He would punch him right now only if Alfred wasn’t here. Noto only smiled calmly. If Arthur was going to stay, he would have to go

Noto-sama had just witnessed the scene. He burned with fury. That man WAS in love with Alfred and that scene just proved it. No more taking score, it was a bit too painful. Before Alfred could come out, he ran back to his seat. Alfred came out shortly after and sighed. “What’s up with him? He wasn’t always like this,”
Noto-sama only smiled sweetly. He couldn’t do anything else. Saying one thing will chain to lots of other things. “I think I’m done for the day. Are you?” Alfred asked.
“Yes,” he said.
“Then, let’s pay and go home!” Alfred announced.
Once they got outside to the cold London weather, stupid Alfred why would you come to this cold place, Alfred started walking towards his hotel. “WAIT!” Noto shouted.
“What?” Alfred asked as he turned around to face Noto.

“Sure, I guess,” Alfred responded.
Noto smirked at the thought of what he was going to do to the man there. Then, he would win.
“NORGE!” yelled a man.
Noto turned around and saw Yamato, the man he didn’t want to see right now, drunk. Or was that Yamato? It surely looked like it, with the blonde spiky hair and he was wearing his normal clothes. But who the heck was Norge?
He ran towards Noto and hugged him. Noto tried to push him away, but he was already deep in his shoulders and wrapped up. Yamato was unexpectedly strong.
“Get off of me!” Noto shouted as he tried harder to push away.
“You don’t have to fight Norge~”
“I guess Yamato’s back. Bye then,” Alfred said as he ran off.
“WAIT!” Noto shouted, but it was too late for the man had already gone. Noto slapped Yamato until he finally let go and stomped off the other direction.

Why did he do that? Arthur banged his head on the outdoor table he was sitting on. He wouldn’t let tears come out, but there were some wet spots on the very table he laid his head on. Scones? How stupid was he? Why would Alfred want scones? He would prefer those burgers to these. Yet, long ago when he was still a child he would eat all of those up… was it because he was being nice? His fairy friends tried to pull him up, but it didn’t work. Arthur wouldn’t budge. He wanted the sun’s ray to burn up whatever he felt about Alfred, or at least the romantic feelings. This feeling Kiku said was wonderful was a pain. It made him tired, miserable, and cranky. What the bloody hell was Kiku talking about?
The phone rang. Arthur jumped up right away. Was that Alfred? He slapped himself for thinking that. He picked up the phone and tried to sound calm. “Hello?”

Then, he saw his hero pass by in the road across from the park. Maybe life wasn’t that unfair after all. But then he saw Yamato. WHY THE HECK WAS HE TALKING TO ALFRED? Noto took lengthy strides towards Alfred and Yamato. He didn’t want to seem like he was exited to see them, at least he wasn’t excited to see Yamato. He went up to them and greeted them, “Hi, I just happened to see you. Where were you Yamato?”
“My name is- nevermind. I was talking to Alfred here about…”
“Football,” Alfred cued in.
“Yeah, that,” Yamato agreed.
“You mean the one that you kick that ball around in the goal?” Noto asked.
“No, that’s soccer! Football is different!” Alfred explained.
