On Valentine's Day in Japan, all the women give presents and chocolate to men.
On March 14 in Japan is White Day, and on White Day, the men return the favor. Typical White Day gifts include white lingerie, jewelry, and sweets (usually marshmallows or white chocolate).
Kink meme, I want to see Greece giving Japan gifts/homemade sweets for White Day.

The faint sound of knocking stirred Japan from her thoughts, and she abandoned the half-complete flower arrangement without a second thought. Pochi, noticing the sudden disturbance, bounded after her as they arrived at the front door; smoothing her kimono for any stray creases, Japan gave her dog a questioning look

But if there had been any nation she had given chocolate to who did think it unnecessary, Japan could not help but feel the need to apologise profusely. There was no need for worry, though, as Greece shook his head.
Still, the fact that the Mediterranean nation had gone out of his way to get her a gift for White Day should not have been a surprise. He was interested in the differences their lands were culturally, with a natural curiosity and wish to act out some of the practices himself was almost expected at times.
So why, Japan wondered, why was it strange for this to happen?
Waving the question aside, she bowed, “Thank you, Greece-san.”
“You’re welcome,” Greece seemed to relax at her acceptance of the gift, and smiled as he returned to looking out at the garden.
Willing the blush on her face to go away, Japan observed the white box in her hands. It was clear that Greece had wanted to experience White Day, and considering that it was one of her practices, it was only logical that she would be the intended recipient.
Aw Greece. It's really sweet, and I love how you characterised the two of them.
it felt right to just be there. To forget, no matter how briefly, the responsibilities they held; to pretend it was just them for a moment, wondering what the next day would bring.
Perfectly worded, if I must say so myself. Although I am curious as to what Greece gave Japan in the main box? Other than the cat chocolate.
Awesomely written, writer!anon! Giripan is always loved.

Thanks for the comments ♥ You guys are too kind.

A part of me feels like leaving that up to speculation, but if you want to know my own answer... *highlight?* what I had in mind was that it was rather expensive store-bought chocolate, because Greece wasn’t entirely certain of what Japan would think about getting home-made chocolate from him (especially with the fail cat and all).
It really is up to what the reader wants it to be, though; chocolate, jewellery or lingerie (or a combo of all three? I wonder). It’s all good either way.
