As we all know, Stalin treated Russia like shit. So, I'm looking for some hardcore Russia abuse, in which he constantly believes that it's for his own good. Then, years later, when relations have smoothed over, (and they get back together) America finds out and freaks out about it. (Yeah, he probably already heard, but maybe not all of it?)

Bonus: Russia doesn't even think or know that it's a big deal until America freaks out.
