Man I miss the historical goodies that came from this fandom... As soon as I read this prompt I ran away with it and... consequentially I may have been too vague. I hope the OP likes it anyway. (And I hope there are more fills as well!)Fire wood was hard to come by nowadays. Ever since it had ended, there was not enough of anything it seemed. Not even the birds wanted to pick the scraps off of the bones, or the rats that were always scoring for food. But still he looked for just a few more sticks to take back to his little home by the edge of the sea. It was a very pretty edge in his honest opinion. It was as if a great castle had once stood there, watching over the whale road as if it owned all the paths that led up to it. In a way, this place was much better than Rome. He continued to walk on the cliff’s edge, ignoring the sharp pain of rocks cutting into his bare feet. He tried to bundle up for the weather, but shoes were so hard to come by, especially now that the raids were happening more often than usual

Resolute in his decision, England wiped the dirt from his hands and knees and turned back to the direction of his home, yet rather than seeing the long gray road ahead of him, there was a pair of blue eyes, and a face that seemed too serious for a person who was the same age as he was. The little boy was dressed in skins, warm looking skins and furs it seemed to the boy who had only his cloak and rags. -The British Isles were invaded by the Vikings (Norsemen, Danes, etc) after the fall of the Roman empire but before the Norman Conquest of 1066, which is why I placed it sometime between that. - c.700: Around that time (like...736~ish) Vikings attacked the monks of the British Isles. They were simple Christian monks, with more book smarts than battle smarts. Poor guys didn't last long. Along with this attack, and further raids, the Vikings have had a bad rep in early British history - the lamb: my poor attempt at a religious reference; during this time England was receiving Christian teachings for the first time, but it wouldn't be solidified until the Normans came along and made sure of it.

It's not /entirely/ what you wanted; I wrote it last week for fun.
It's set in America, human AU, Vietnam War period, and, specifically, is Belarus/Russia. But in said AU they are NOT siblings and thus it's not incest. Because incest is not this anon's cup of tea.
I know you said fills of all and any kind are very welcome, but just checking up because it's... unique, to put it in a positive sense? XD
