Magic Tournament

All the nations decide to have a magic tournament! With categories of battle, summoning, defensive, cursing and healing.
Bonus: They purposely make Russia a judge because they are afraid of what his magic would do to them. He participates anyways. Bonus 2: England's brothers use this as a chance to get back at him. Bonus 3: America practices magic, but doesn't think it's magic. Bonus 4: The Americas have a wide array of magic(Chinese, African, Spanish, English, Native American, Slavic) but are only good with certain spells.

OH DAMN. I MIGHT DO THIS. (However, anon is being kicked, hard, in the ass by RL right now... so it might take a while.) Could you give me a little more detail? Like, Harry Potter style duels, or casting of spells on inanimate objects, etc.?
That was the OP speaking

Cause remember: China's theme is diversity, Russia can probably practice European and Asian magic, America/Canada/Australia/Brazil could practice indigenous magic and the magic of their immigrants(almost limitless)
