Fem!America and Fem!Russia ; AU, established relationship, and looking for a baby daddy aka sperm donor.
Of course it has to be someone they know, and boy do they have crazy friends! The only potential daddies OP would NOT like to see are Arthur and Francis, because he'd probably want to join in or something dirty, and just..NO. OP is, however, in a Spainy mood so... ;)
Also, OP does not have a preference as to who the one carrying the baby will be but I'd love some MILF!Russia. XDD

Arthur pokes his head out from the back room with a scowl. “Oi, Allison. Phone call.”
She nods and scurries to pick up the phone, waving one last goodbye to the happy couple. “Hello, Hero’s Restaurant, Allison speaking.”
“Ah, yes, Allison. It’s Antonio.” One of Iva’s coworkers. Is she alright?
“Ooh, Tony! Hello. Something wrong?” If Allison doesn’t think too hard, she won’t be able to hear the whimpering in the background.
“No, no! Nothing’s wrong. Iva is a little, ehm, predisposed at the moment…”
“I thought I told you that the money was due today. Vhy do you not have it?”
“I just need a little more-”
“Anyway, she wanted to let you know that she wouldn’t be home for dinner, but that she would be sure to make it up to you, ah, later.”
“Okay, that sounds good!” There’s a high-pitched giggle on the other end of the phone. “Is there a child there?”

Hmm. I'm wondering about fem!Russia's apparent inconsistent weirdness on the subject of kids. I've got my own very likely utterly wrong theory (she likes them, but knows she's infertile/sterile, so it's a sore subject), but I'm eager to see wherever you go with this. ^^

It’s burgers for dinner, just as always when Iva isn’t home to cook. The woman is a genius in the kitchen, Allison thinks as she sinks her teeth into the juicy meat. Well, she supposes anyone could be considered a genius compared to her cooking, although she does make some pretty damn delicious burgers.
The gooey, melted cheese (American, the best kind of cheese out there!) drips out from the side of the bun and Allison sighs in pure, contented, burger-eating bliss.
Bliss that is shattered when the little nagging doubts worm their way back into her mind. Allison sighs, putting her prized food down, and ungracefully wipes a smear of ketchup from her lip.
It’s nothing. Really. She shouldn’t care. Besides, everyone tells her that she overreacts to everything. That was why she had hated Iva in high school, and now they couldn’t be happier together! The morning dawns cool and crisp, and that’s not just the fall air. Allison and Iva share few words as they make their separate breakfasts, their words more formalities then anything else.
Neither allows herself to say what they’re both thinking, that this is honestly a really stupid fight, and that it’s not worth it to be mad.
So they sit, curtly nibbling toast and eggs and yes, she’s eating bacon, thank you, without saying anything.
Finally, after the silence has become unbearable and almost painful, Allison opens her mouth to speak.
“It’s none of your business.” Iva hisses, lavender eyes flecked with ice.
Allison glares and pouts her lips, there’s a simultaneous narrowing of both blue and purple eyes. “I wasn’t going to talk about that, Iva,” she growls, “but now that you mention it, what the hell is up?”
Iva sharply turns her head so that a long curtain of silvery blond hair covers her cheek, hiding her face. “Nothing.”
“But it’s not nothing! I don’t see what you’re getting so upset about.”
