France, Spain and Prussia all share a considerable amount of history with Scotland and although not canon, Scotland is often personified as being ballsy, drunk, loud...and Canada's touchy-feely Uncle. I think he would fit right in!

BONUS: Doesn't have to be smut but some France/Scotland lovin' is good.

BONUS 2: All of them bond by bitching about England at some point.

I second this ,more for the France/Scotland(my OTP,even if Scotland not exist in APH) part,but with Spain and Prussia this will be so great.
