State crack ahead ~~
Prussia is very very bored during a series of meetings in New York. Fortunately, he knows very very well how to spice things up at the meetings; he gets America’s states to ask who, among their fathers, America has loved most. In the middle of a meeting.
Chaos and hilarity ensue xD
though in no way I intend to trample on possible authoranons, I’d love it if England was the most territorial, being the father of more than half, Netherlands said the most famous state is his, Spain pulled the California card of popularity, Mexico claimed that the true America spirit is contained in her children with Al, and Russia is quick to point out that the last kid America had was his, presumably when he was under no one’s influence and in no one’s debt, aka, of his own free will and choosing
Bonus #1. America catches onto who’s behind it all and gives Prussia a dirty glare, but can’t do anything after the question’s been asked xD Bonus 2. In retaliation, America wonders who Alsace-Lorraine belongs to in the next round of

Not the anon that offered above and please don't let this stop other anons from filling because personally, I think I failed. OTL Sadly, this American!Anon doesn't know her own country's history and sterotypes too well orz so I just went with a map of Colonial America...Fifth meeting in New York. City that never sleeps, but Prussia was about to go crazy from sitting there all day. Most of the nations were here. Just one missing. The nation hosting this meeting, America. But it seems that all his states were here, however. They were cheering for 'big brother New York', so it seemed

"If you hadn't noticed or remembered, I was called New Amsterdam at one point!" New York shouted. "If it wasn't for England!" New York shot England a dirty look

"Oh, I am so scared!" Prussia pretended to shiver. "World power America is angry with me! What am I supposed to do?" He stuck his tongue out at the American. "Bite me

I'd be furious forever, in Montana's situation.
Loved the dialogue! States arguing are awesome, and it gave a good laugh, but Russia's line kind of stole the show and eclipsed everything--it was just so wonderfully creepy, when I tried to picture him saying "I love my American son!" And I love you for remembering Mexico and making the country female. ♥

This was amusing. :)
Though I feel the need to point out an error in your notes. Wisconsin and the Lower Peninsula of Michigan are separated by a lake. The Upper Peninsula of Michigan and Wisconsin share a land boarder. Don't feel bad though! Most folks forgot about the UP. The folks in the LP certainly seem to wish that they could. ;)

I'm not sure WHY, but I'm totally imagining Vermont and Canada sneaking out of the meeting when the chaos starts for Maple sundaes. Just because Vermont is just as obsessed with maple, if not more so, than Canada. And they're both almost always forgotten.

Ahaha, so adorable! Nice fill.
Gotta nitpick with you about Hawaii though - it has a large Japanese population, but was its own nation at the time of its annexation, with its own royal family. Japan really had nothing to do with Hawaii's birth, either as a nation or as a state.
