“Alfred!” Arthur exclaimed, shocked, and slightly scared by the homicidal, but so very hurt look in the younger nation’s eyes. “This…this isn’t…” he began, but didn’t even bother finishing the sentence. It was a lie and they both knew it.

“Don’t you dare fucking tell me that this isn’t what it looks like, England.” Alfred shouted, spitting out his name-no, his country name as if it were poisonous. “Who the fuck do you think you are?” he continued. “And really? Russia? You’re so pathetic,” he said, and the pure, unadulterated venom in his voice made Arthur want to cry, because he was right. He was so very right.

“Alfred, I-” he began, but Alfred had already cut him off.

“No. Don’t even start with me!” Alfred said, beyond furious. “I hate you! I hate you!” he said, feeling tears prick at his eyes, but he refused to allow them to fall ( ... )

Wah! Thanks for updating for me! ;u;
The ending of this chapter was really sweet. I hope that most problems were fixed in the recovering time period for both of them.

I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS IS ALMOST OVER ;A; ahaha, legit though, thank you guys so much for all your support and sorry for the fail in frequent uploads. This is probably my favorite chapter so far, so I hope you like it too :)Alfred opened his door shortly after hearing the knock. It might be that new video game that Kiku promised he’d send him being delivered! He rushed towards the door but when he pulled it aside, it was France’s blonde head staring back at him ( ... )

Arthur shook his head slightly. There was no use in getting upset now. He sighed heavily and looked back down at his watch. 9:10 am. That frog was ten minutes late to the meeting and he was the damn hostHe turned his head and glared towards the door when he heard a confident chuckle coming from the door and the frog strolled in as if he wasn’t at all late. But the glare quickly fell from his face and he turned back around as quickly as possible when he saw that none other than Alfred was in tow behind Francis, though not quick enough to avoid seeing the confused, conflicted look on Alfred’s face ( ... )

Out of the corner of his eye he could see Francis glaring at him but he didn’t acknowledge the Frenchman and focused even more resolutely on switching his attentions back and forth between the presenters and the papers in front of him as naturally as possible. He was as safe as he was going to be during the meeting times, and he was not looking forward to the first break of the week long conferences. He didn’t know what to expect from Francis or any of the other nations and he had thought Alfred would be ignoring him but the fact that Alfred had been trying to get his attention all morning had thrown him off guard ( ... )

Francis told me about a secluded little park where we could talk if it’s privacy you’re looking for,” Alfred suggested eagerly, though he began to get nervous as Arthur stared at him. “We could get some food and go eat there. If you’d rather go somewhere else, that’s cool too, and everything, I just thought…” he trailed off. “Nevermind, I’m sorry ( ... )

When Alfred returned to the conference room, he was all back to false cheer and that All American Energy that was so common on him. He was smiling brightly when he entered the room, but Francis was eyeing him suspiciously, and Arthur was, once again, completely ignoring him except when he thought Alfred wasn’t looking ( ... )
