Strange Protective Nation - Swiss/Lili

Nation A is very protective over Nation B, without Nation B knowing about it and Nation A is not someone you'd expect

Nation A is either Liechtenstein, Italy Veneziano, Italy Romano or England.
Nation B is either Switzerland, Germany, Spain, or America.
I know the last ones were predictable but I just couldn't resist.

Anon would love England/America, Spain/Romano, Germany/N Italy or Swiss/Liech but if not, some UST would be great.
