USUK or Spain/Romano Spirit Destroyer

Spirit Destroyers in Charmed that prey on future whitelighters by getting inside their heads, bringing up any doubts or bad memories and cursing them with bad luck to drive the people to suicide.
I want either England or Romano to have a spirit destroyer attached to them (preferably England because of the whole magic thing) and for America/Spain to find out about it and try to help them. You can twist the Charmed demon around to suit the Hetalia universe, the point is that it has to be very gradual before working the way up to hurting themselves (because nations can't kill themselves completely).
Bonus: Norway (or England if it's Romano) sees the spirit destroyer (due to being able to see magical beings) and warns America/Spain about it.
