I don’t know Korean, but after some Googling I figured he would call her “-nuna,” the honorific meaning “Older sister”, like how in some fanfictions Korea uses the honorific “hyung,” “Older brother.” I prefer that to him using Japanese honorifics.“Your breasts belong to me!” cheered Korea, tackling his sister from behind, grabbing onto her breasts firmly. Korean-non says that if you really want to get very formal, Korea could call China "Noonim" which is the equivalent of "Onee-sama."
