America realizes that he's been starting to do certain things in a British way. He starts spelling with -ise instead of -ize, he'll slip and say "learnt" instead of "learned", and his inner monologue is in a condescending British accent. Obviously, he's been spending too much time with a certain fuzzy-browed gentleman. So he goes and rants about it to England, who is pretty much just "wtf?"
