After WWII and Soviet rule, Poland has had some issues with panicking over things that remind him too much of the past...thunderstorms, being restrained, and so on...

This comes to light during a meeting where there is bad weather...

If this wasn't the most boring meeting Feliks had ever endured, he didn't know what was. Personally, he could stand his country being a little warmer, so what was the big deal with global warming anyways? Of course, considering it was Japan talking about it and not America, he had to say it was more boring than usual. He might've cared if Alfred was speaking
