Yes I know what you're thinking. Another watersports request? Lol~
Russia absolutely loves to see America squirm. He develops a bit of an obsession after seeing America with the urge to go towards the end of a particularly lengthy World Meeting and tries to see that again. Diuretics, holding him up after meetings and just watching him squirm, all of that.
And then one day Russia pushes it too far, and he sees more than just America squirming. Russia is more than satisfied by seeing America lose all control as he lets go and Russia loves acting on this new kink of his.
I'd love for someone to point out exactly what Russia was doing and America confront him about it and he may or may not have that kink of his own. He doesn't want to be in control all the time.
Bonus-- -They weren't in an established relationship; rather, the two were in that pre-relationship trust-building stage. -America has no problems with watersports, but didn't like his underhanded way of getting it. -The country who points it out is France.
