Italy implies pretty heavily in canon that Germany is into BDSM, but I've only ever seen Germany as the dom or sadist in fic! What if Germany is the masochist/sub and Italy is the loving, attentive dom and sadist who gives him exactly what he wants? I can't help but see Italy as a good, perceptive, open-minded lover who would be happy to give his lover whatever makes him happy without even thinking about judging him.

This is hot and amazingly nice for something with this sort of subject matter; BDSM fics do not usually make me go "awwwww" and all googly-eyed. Good job in particular with Italy as his sweet, friendly self while still successfully being a dom.
