established relationship US x UK, manipulation by ignoring

During a fight, England says something that angers America. Hurt and pissed, America refuses to talk to him.
He ignores England’s attempts to apologize, thinking it's about time he learned to appreciate America. England’s guilty, miserable, in denial, then miserable, repeat. Partly out of vengeance, America keeps up his parade for weeks, watching England get desperate, knowing he’s far too smitten to give up on America.
When he finally talks to England again, he’s surprisingly deredere for a while. More compliant in bed too, even when America brings toys/kinks/positions that England used to oppose. America, who hasn't had sex in weeks he spent ignoring England, has a grand time, slightly guilty but feeling justified in whole.
I’d like to see America enjoying further opportunities to manipulate England this way, by not talking to him long enough after fights. (“Let’m see how much of a lonely old man he is without America.”) England, given their history, steadily gets emotionally exhausted
