America, England, McDonald's menu

America introduced England to McDonald's when it first opened, and when England grumbled about not having any fish in the menu, America suggested a fish burger and that was how McFish Fillet came about. Later on more and more of England's preference appear in McD's menu (tea, English McMuffin, etc.). England did not know that America had a hand in making McD's menu more to his taste.

Bonus: Someone else realises it and points it out to England.
