Japan/anyone - China as overprotective big brother

Japan is going out with someone and is happy with them, but China views himself as the one who must defend his little brother's precious honor/virtue and make sure that he won't be hurt.
Japan is exasperated by this, but China is Very Serious about his mission and won't let up until he's sure that Japan's partner is someone worthy of his approval.
Bonus: China is genuinely serious about this because he knows that Japan isn't the kind of person who opens up to others easily and wants to be sure that his partner is someone he can open up to without fear of being hurt.
