A typo gets the Baltics deported to Serbia instead of Siberia. Russia had became more and more paranoid, looking with suspicion at everyone. A string of thoughtless comments in combination with a letter from America to Lithuania made him overreact in the worst way possible and in a burst of anger he ordered them all deported to Siberia

Serbia decided on the most positive interpretation possible and enthusiastically showed his new house guests/minions around while his provinces prepared for their unexpected visit to the Soviet Union. It was a large house with many, many corners to clean

“This sucks,” Latvia said and the others nodded in agreement. “I don't know what Montenegro's problem is, isn't he pretty much Serbia's province

Oh, wow, I'm really loving this story! Much to my embarrassment I'm not familiar with Serbia or Yugoslavia nations, but the way you've written them is entertaining. The poor Baltics; not knowing where they stand is almost worse than Russia. But man, I'd like to see Latvia throw water on Montenegro. (Is that an act of war? XD; )
Also, as a Baltic Nation writing!anon who has totally been guilty of the Serbia/Siberia typo, I am especially amused. =D

Lithuania learned a few more things as days passed. Most of the Yugoslavia nations stayed in their own territory when they could, Serbia's capital and house were their shared official ones now but Serbia still considered them his, to the annoyance of the rest

Estonia and Croatia found they had one common interest, discussing how they rather wanted to be somewhere else. The conversation moved on from there

After that things calmed down. Montenegro was always rude but not dangerous as far as anyone of them could tell, Serbia had a tendency to stare intensely at Lithuania but nothing more. In Russia's house it was mostly quiet, Russia got upset if there was chaos not involving him. Here you could get woken up in the middle of the night by angry screaming. It never went anywhere, after yelling for a while the fighting nations remembered how pissed their boss would be. Or in the case of Serbia and Montenegro, eventually stopped fighting and went fishing, hunting or some other manly bonding activity

Wait - Montenegro gave Latvia a knife? D= Maybe he liked it so much Lithuania and Estonia thought it would be safer to replace it with a lily-of-the-valley.... He does stab Sealand with the flower that one time. Now I'm blaming Montenegro with Latvia's slight yandere tendencies.
I like this end. Especially the getting drunk and hugging thing. Sounds like Russia to me!
